“Online training is a great experience. It was easier to fit into my schedule then meeting someone outside of home. What I liked about the online training:
• I was able to continue to train when I went on a mini vacation to California. I was able to access my routine online and view the instruction videos so I could complete the exercises while away.
• By viewing the video I was able to improve my technique without feeling clumsy in front of someone else.
• When the exercise was not working out I was able to get feedback quickly.
• You were open to feedback during the week and needed it at the end of the week to set up the next set of exercises.
I found my stamina increasing during my month of online personal training with Zenshin Health and Fitness Inc. I am started on a new path of fitting exercise into my day. I am excited to see where this will lead me.
I would recommend online training for busy people, mothers with small children, people who travel a lot and people who have difficulty leaving home.”
